  1. Have you noticed that many people on a diet low in cholesterol miracle lately? And everyone who answers is a different answer? There is so much conflicting information that exists, what food is best. It is my opinion:

It is better not to eat cholesterol. You do not need to eat, cholesterol is needed in the liver cholesterol all around your body. Also best to avoid saturated fats and trans fats. What does this mean in real terms of food, is to avoid animal products. Avoid fatty foods, fried foods and processed foods. What you should eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes. There are many books out there with recipes that they comply with these guidelines. Here you will find books by Caldwell Esselstyn, John McDougall, Dean Ornish, Neal Barnard, Joel Fuhrman. It is hard work to a big change in your diet to make, but in reality you can lower your cholesterol. Good luck.

  2. Cholesterol is in all animal products and products made from coconut and palm oil. However, your body cholesterol, liver and take the necessary dietary fat and cholesterol is. By consuming more cholesterol, but you're just too easy for the liver and is a bad thing to do, because a number of different reasons.

It is also necessary to insist, mono-unsaturated oils in the diet instead of saturated fats. The monounsaturated oils like olive and canola oil, sesame oil (use only for taste), and the oils in nuts and avocados, to increase the HDL and LDL. It is a big part of what you are looking for.

  3. The same was done about four months, reducing the consumption of eggs and butter. I had another blood test yesterday and see what results. But the plan to start eating eggs again, because my knees are rusty.

Everything you buy has a label (unless it is fresh) and cholesterol on the label. You need 300 mg. Every day, read the labels.

Eggs have a lot of cholesterol (212 mg) per egg, so that they can reduce a starter.
